Day 36

The Pistol Squat was really difficult for my left leg--not so difficult for my right. Still doing my incline pull-ups using my dining room table. At this point, I can do 4 pull-ups using the bar I purchased for the door. Shooting for 5 soon!

In realize the protein is valuable but eating so many eggs is getting a bit long in the tooth. Oh well, if this is my biggest problem I am in pretty good shape.

  1. The pistol squats are HORRIBLE, but boy do they give results!! Keep trying.

    You can cut back on eggs on day 91! :)
