Day 88 - One of my best workouts!

2400 jumps in 18 consecutive minutes--with only a few trips on the rope--it seems so natural!
Did the pull-ups and chest-dips to failure--my body was craving them!
Relished the quiet while doing it all!

Almost done with the formal part of the program, but will never be done with eating healthier, exercising and making better choices!

  1. It is neat to see how the jumping progresses through PCP....there are time you hate it, but you really improve and it just feels natural by the end...almost addicting. You've done well, David!
