I am working hard and with the exception of the two days I was sick about three weeks ago, I have not missed a workout and I am following my diet very closely--in spite of my travel schedule. Is anyone else experiencing the same with the weight loss slowing down a bit?

Hi David. Experienced completely the same. The first 4 weeks flew by with about 6kg lost. Then almost 2 static weeks, tho I noticed this morning I'm on the way down again to another 1kg. Sure it'll click in again, but as you say we're increasing in muscle. I'm constantly reminded by people - it's not the scales but how the clothes fit that's important. Keep on!
ReplyDeleteThat's what happened to me and when the weight stayed the same, that's when I quit weighing and went strictly by how my clothes fit. Your clothes will keep changing even if your weight does not! Keep up the great work, David!

I am now shifting focus on putting more muscle, lessen the fat than just loosing weight. loosing weight probably means you are also loosing muscle.. in the end, I would like to look good with pumpin' muscle!
Yup, my weight has stabilised too... but that's perhaps not a bad thing. I'm leaner now, but also skinnier than ever!
