Chest Dips are not easy--which I am sure is by design. I did 3 the first rep, 2 the second, 2 then 1. Like the pull-ups, it will be satisfying as I can do more.
I like the abs work as I know the results will be worth it. Still not completing 100% of these but I am really burning when I finish.
I had my indulgence tonight. I hope I did not overdue it but I may have. I had three pieces of Pepporoni pizza and a veggie packed salad. My wife and I both had a glass of wine but after a few sips I lost interest. I was not really a drinker before this started so I am not really missing anything. Back to my fruit, egg, milk based dinner tomorrow night.
Everything else is going very well. I have adapted to doing all the exercises as requested--even the sit-ups. I was originally concerned with my neck but I have found that if I focus on doing them the right way they are okay.
Nice job on the sit-ups! Abs exercises are getting more intense!
ReplyDeleteI bet you were thirsty after 3 pieces of pizza with all that salty cheese?
ReplyDeleteChest dips are challenging, but great.
The chest muscle gets strong faster than almost any other muscle group, so you'll be blazing through those chest dips in a few weeks.
